Trincan Capital Corp - Appointment of new Officers

KELOWNA, BC, Aug. 13 /CNW/ - TrinCan Capital Corp. (TSXV: TRN.P) ("TrinCan" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Mr. Burkhard Franz has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation in the place of Mr. Kevin G. Gibson. Mr Gibson will remain a director of the Corporation. In addition, Mr. Burkhard Franz has been replaced as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation by Ms. Savi Franz as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
