CALGARY, March 17, 2014 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Trinidad Drilling Ltd. (Trinidad) has declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2014 of $0.05 per common share to be paid April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014. The dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian Income Tax purposes.
