CALGARY, June 15, 2012 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Trinidad Drilling Ltd. (Trinidad) has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2012 of $0.05 per common share to be paid July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 29, 2012. The dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian Income Tax purposes.
