TSB Advisory - TSB Deploys Team to Investigate Aircraft Accident Near Kirby

OTTAWA, Oct. 25 /CNW/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has deployed two investigators to today's aircraft accident near Kirby Lake, Alberta.

On Monday, October 25, 2010 at approximately 11:25 am local time, a Beech King Air 100 was involved in an accident.

The TSB is an independent agency that investigates marine, pipeline, railway and aviation transportation occurrences. Its sole aim is the advancement of transportation safety. It is not the function of the Board to assign fault or determine civil or criminal liability.
