TSB Advisory - TSB Deploys Team to Investigate Marine Accident in Montréal
GATINEAU, QC, July 13 /CNW Telbec/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has deployed a team to yesterday's marine accident in Montréal. TSB senior marine investigator Bernard Breton is the Investigator-in-Charge and is leading the team. He is accompanied by another TSB investigator.
On July 12, 2010, at approximately 19:30 local time, a ship was involved in an accident.
The TSB is an independent agency that investigates marine, pipeline, railway and aviation transportation occurrences. Its sole aim is the advancement of transportation safety. It is not the function of the Board to assign fault or determine civil or criminal liability.
