RICHMOND, BC, July 2, 2015 /CNW/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will be deploying a team of investigators to Victoria, British Columbia, on 3 July 2015, to gather information about the death of a crew member who fell overboard from the fishing vessel JUDY J V. The TSB will assess the occurrence.
The TSB is an independent agency that advances transportation safety by investigating occurrences in the marine, pipeline, rail and air modes of transportation. It is not the function of the Board to assign fault or determine civil or criminal liability.
