TSB to issue safety recommendation and concern following investigation of 2017 uncontrolled movement in Melville, Saskatchewan Français
GATINEAU, QC, June 8, 2020 /CNW/ - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its investigation report (R17W0267) on the December 2017 uncontrolled movement and employee fatality at the Canadian National Railway Company Melville Yard in Saskatchewan. The report contains one safety recommendation and one Board safety concern. Spokespeople will be available for media interviews upon its release.
The TSB is also releasing a video statement, which details the factors in the occurrence and findings.
