TSO Logic Offers Analytics Platform to Simplify Cloud Adoption

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 22, 2016 /CNW/ -- TSO Logic today announced that customers of Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company (NASDAQ: AMZN), and partners within the Amazon Partner Network (APN) will now have access to TSO Logic's powerful analytics platform to simplify and accelerate enterprise transformation from on-premise to cloud.

Transformation and migration planning can be challenging, especially given the multitude of parameters that need to be evaluated, and enterprise organizations using static tools struggle to mine through massive amounts of data across thousands of instances. With a myriad of options available on AWS, automated matchmaking is the key to simplifying planning and migration processes.

The TSO Logic platform is built on the company's in-depth understanding of enterprise compute and its ability to take in and share data with ecosystem partners. The latest addition to the platform, TSO Match, uses powerful algorithms and pattern matching to compare compute types and quickly find the best match on AWS. This is done while taking performance and cost requirements into consideration based on historical utilization levels and provisioning.

As an APN Partner, TSO Logic worked closely to optimize the fit between on-premises compute and the most suitable AWS instance type. TSO Match can process thousands of instances per second across multiple scenarios, and outcomes can be tweaked and rerun at any time. The results of the TSO Match decision-making engine are then passed on to ecosystem partners to carry out migration.
