TSO3 announces the results of the votes at the annual and special meeting of the shareholders

QUÉBEC CITY, May 7, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - TSO₃ Inc. (TSX: TOS) ("TSO₃" or the "Corporation") an innovator in sterilization technology for medical devices in healthcare settings, today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 17, 2015, were elected as directors of TSO₃ Inc. In addition, all other proposals submitted by management were approved.

The shareholders were asked to provide their decision via a vote by proxy as part of TSO₃ Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on May 6, 2015 in Montréal. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
