TORONTO, March 26, 2012 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW: Azure Dynamics Corporation (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin #2012-0209 dated February 24, 2012, the Common Shares and Warrants of the Company (Symbols: AZD and AZD.WT) (collectively, the "Securities") which are being reviewed with respect to meeting the requirements for continued listing pursuant to the Remedial Review Process, will now be subject to the Expedited Review Process.
