The Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a Settlement Agreement dated August 20, 2013 (the "Settlement Agreement") between Donner Metals Ltd. (the "Company") and Sandstorm Metals & Energy Ltd. ("Sandstorm") resulting from a default under the Metal Purchase Agreement dated July 12, 2011. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the Company has been released and discharged from certain obligations and liabilities regarding the Bracemac-McLeod Mine, in consideration of the transfer of its 35% interest in the Bracemac-McLeod Mine to Glencore Xstrata plc. Furthermore, Sandstorm will issue 1.33 million shares to Company and the Company will receive a 1% net smelter returns royalty ("NSR") from Sandstorm from any proceeds from the 3% NSR that exceed CDN$49 million.

(la « société ») et Sandstorm Metals & Energy Ltd. (« Sandstorm ») résultant d'un défaut en vertu d'une entente, soit le « Metal Purchase Agreement» datée du 12 juillet 2011. En vertu de la convention de règlement, la société a été libérée de certaines obligations et dettes au sujet de la mine Bracemac-McLeod en considération du transfert de son intérêt de 35 % dans la mine Bracemac-McLeod à Glencore Xstrata plc. De plus, Sandstorm émettra 1,33 million d'actions à la société et la société recevra une royauté de Sandstrom de 1 % du rendement net d'exploitation sur la participation (« NSR ») du produit de la royauté NSR de 3 % excédant 49 M $ canadien.
