Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall have an option to earn up to a 70% interest in the property known as the Weebigee project located near Sandy lake, Ontario (the "Property").
In order to earn a 50.1% interest in the Property, the Company must pay the Vendor an aggregate of $550,000, issue 336,202 common shares and incur $5,000,000 in exploration expenditures over up to a four year period.
In order to earn a further 19.9% interest in the Property, the Company must pay an additional $1,500,000 and incur an additional $3,000,000 in exploration expenditures.
