Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.'s (the "Exchange") Bulletin dated July 19, 2011, the Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an amendment to Westhaven Ventures Inc.'s ("Westhaven") property option agreement (the "Option Agreement") with Strongbow Exploration Inc. ("Strongbow") in respect of the Shovelnose property, Nicola Mining Division in British Columbia (the "Property").
A property purchase agreement (the "Agreement") replaces the existing Option Agreement to earn up to 70% of the Property. Pursuant to the Agreement, Westhaven can now acquire a 100% interest in the Property by issuing to Strongbow 2,000,000 shares and granting to Strongbow a 2% NSR in respect of the Property.
