In exchange, Silver Range has acquired a 100% interest in the Michelle property and BP4 claim, both of which are located in the Yukon Territory. The BP4 claim is subject to a 2% NSR.
In addition, Silver Range will make a $179,000 cash payment to Strategic to reimburse for certain costs incurred on the Michelle property.
