Pursuant to the revised terms, two $150,000 cash payments due in the second and third years will be reduced to $75,000 and the Company will issue $150,000 of shares on or before January 7, 2017. The shares will have an issue price equal to the greater of the 10 day weighted trading price and $0.055 per share.
