("Castle Peak (2006)"). Castle Peak (2006) indirectly held all of the Company's mining exploration assets in Ghana. The Company received US$4,250,000 in cash consideration in staged payments for the sale.
There were finder's fees of $212,500 paid in cash and the transaction was not a non-arm's length transaction.
