TUDOR ANNOUNCES MEETING DATE EXTENDED

CALGARY, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - Tudor Corporation (TSX: TDR) ("Tudor") and Marzcorp Oil & Gas Inc. ("Marzcorp") entered into a binding letter agreement dated March 31, 2010, whereby Tudor proposed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Marzcorp (the "Acquisition") by way of a reverse take-over. Tudor will now hold its Annual Meeting in conjunction with the Special Meeting of its Shareholders in order to consider the reverse take-over. Both the Annual and Special Meetings have been set for November 10, 2010, with the record date set for October 11, 2010. Closing of the Acquisition is scheduled to take place in mid November, assuming the meeting is held on November 10, 2010, and subject to receipt of stock exchange approval and the closing of a private placement being conducted by Marzcorp.
