La Blanche du Mur, with its sour, dry and quite fruity flavors, is an obscure type of beer that is gaining in popularity. This special brew, inspired from recipes of Berlin's white beers (Berliner Weiss) is fermented with lactobacillus and is the result of a long process which takes from 6 to 8 months. The taste profile makes for a highly refreshing beverage and is quite different from beers known by the public at large. Considered World's Best in its category, it is currently only available at the brewery.
