December 9, 2009
and
December 18, 2009
. In this closing a total of 5,908,000 Flow Through Shares at a price of
$0.20
per Flow Through Share were issued, for proceeds of
$1,181,000
. Each of Strand Securities Corporation (as to 4,390,000 Flow Through Shares) and Limited Market Dealer Inc. (as to 1,518,000 Flow Through Shares) acted as finders for this closing and received a cash finder's fee of 7% of the funds raised. The Flow Through Shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring
April 23, 2010
. In total, the Company issued 19,390,000 common shares in three closings of the private placement. The funds from the private placement will be used for further exploration and development of the Company's advanced-stage Yellowknife Gold Project.
