UL Warns of Counterfeit UL Mark on Compact Fluorescent Lamp
PUBLIC NOTICE
NORTHBROOK, Ill., Oct. 31, 2012 /CNW/ - UL is notifying consumers and retailers that the Compact Fluorescent Lamp, (CFL), identified below bears a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States. The compact fluorescent lamp has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if this compact fluorescent lamp complies with the UL safety requirements for the United States.
