<p>NORTHBROOK, Ill., <span class="xn-chron">Oct. 11</span> /CNW/ -- Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying manufacturers and consumers that the DC fan manufactured by Zonsu Electronics Plastic Metals Company bears an unauthorized UL Recognized Component Mark for the U.S. and <span class="xn-location">Canada</span>. This DC fan has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standard for safety for the U.S. or <span class="xn-location">Canada</span>, and is not authorized to bear the UL Recognized Component Mark. It is unknown if this DC fan complies with U.S. or Canadian safety requirements.</p>
