Undertaking by edatanetworks Inc. and Terrence Tietzen extended
CALGARY, Aug. 1, 2018 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) announced today that it has received an extension to the Undertaking provided by edatanetworks Inc. (the Corporation) and Terrence (Terry) Patrick Tietzen that originally took effect on July 4, 2018. Both parties have agreed to refrain from engaging in any distribution or any act in furtherance of a trade or resale in respect of any securities, including but not limited to shares and loan agreements issued by the Corporation, until a hearing is held or until a Settlement Agreement is reached between the parties and the ASC.
Investors are cautioned against sending any money to the Corporation or Tietzen while the Undertaking remains in place.
