Undertaking entered into by edatanetworks Inc. and Terrance Tietzen
CALGARY, July 9, 2018 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) announced today that it has received an Undertaking from edatanetworks Inc. (the Corporation) and Terrance (Terry) Patrick Tietzen in which both parties agreed to refrain from engaging in any act in furtherance of a distribution, trade or resale in respect of any securities, including but not limited to shares and loan agreements issued by the Corporation.
The Undertaking is in effect until August 3, 2018, subject to possible extension. Investors are cautioned to review and be aware of the Undertaking if they are considering any type of investment in the Corporation.
