Union Gospel Mission to serve 70th annual Christmas meal to over 3000

VANCOUVER, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - Vancouver's Union Gospel Mission will host its 70th annual Christmas dinner for over 3000 homeless and struggling people on Saturday, Dec 11, from 10:30am to 5:00pm, at 616 East Cordova Street. 300 volunteers will serve over 2,750 lbs of turkey with all the trimmings, 800 lbs of vegetables, 500 pumpkin pies, and more.
