EDMONTON, March 15, 2013 /CNW/ - F.V.Ramsoondar, President and Chief Executive Officer of United Protection Security Group Inc. ("UPSG" or the "Company"), (TSX-V: UZZ) announces the following updates:
a. | The Company has been awarded a new contract in Fox Creek, Alberta, commencing mid May 2013. The annual contract value is approximately $700,000. |
b. | The Company announces that Mr. Greg Kurtz and Andrea John have both been appointed Co-Vice President, Electronic Smart Site Security. This position was previously held by Mr. Ray Wilderman. |
c. | The Company announces the opening of a branch office in San Diego, California, United States ("US"). This branch office will focus on residential and commercial burglar alarm monitoring. The Company's Ontario based ULC Listed Alarm Monitoring Station will monitor all US based clients. |
