Update on Asia Bio-Chem TSX Delisting

TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2014 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. (TSX: ABC) ("Asia Bio-Chem" or the "Company") has been recently put on notice by the Toronto Stock Exchange that its common shares will be delisted on March 28, 2014 as a result of the Company's inability to continue to meet the TSX's eligibility tests for continued listing.

The Company continues to pursue all available avenues in order to maintain a market for its common shares.
