Previously confirmed, Mr. Kingsley Wheaton, will not be in attendance
VANCOUVER, July 5, 2017 /CNW/ - The President and CEO of Imperial Tobacco Canada (ITCAN), Mr. Jorge Araya is visiting Vancouver this week to discuss with local media and partners Next Generation Products (NGP). He is available to meet with members of the media Thursday, July 6, 10 AM to 11:30 AM.
British American Tobacco has invested over $1.5 billion dollars over the last six years to develop and commercialize alternative and potentially less risky products. Mr. Araya will be accompanied by Mr. Eric Gagnon, Head of External and Corporate Affairs at Imperial Tobacco Canada. Both will be open to discuss Canada's lack of a cohesive regulatory framework for next generation products and the challenges created by this regulatory environment.
