Urbanimmersive announces 2013 annual and special meeting results and the signature of an investor relations contract

MONTREAL, April 1, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Urbanimmersive Technologies Inc. (« Urbanimmersive » or « Corporation ») (TSXV: UI), announced today the results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on March 26, 2013. A total of 8,626,539 common shares, or 64.01% of Urbanimmersive's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the annual and special meeting. Shareholders voted in favor of all items of business, including the election of each director nominee and the ratification of the Corporation's existing stock option plan, by a substantial majority of over 99%.

Urbanimmersive also announced today the execution of a 12-month service contract with Sun International Communications ("Sun") whereby Sun will provide investor relations and corporate and financial communications advisory services to Urbanimmersive. Urbanimmersive estimates that monthly fees payable to Sun and reimbursement of Sun's approved expenses will aggregate approximately $50,000 for the term of the contract. The contract can be cancelled with 30 days' notice and is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Sun has no direct or indirect interests in Urbanimmersive or its securities and may be granted options to acquire common shares during the term of the contract.

Sun will provide Urbanimmersive with advices on corporative communications, will support its positioning and will distribute its communications to networks of investors, as well as manage communications with investors.
