URGENT - NOTICE TO MEDIA - UNVEILING OF THE NEW GRIFFINTOWN PROJECT

MONTREAL, Aug. 27 /CNW Telbec/ - Media are invited by Mr. Serge Goulet, President of Devimco, Mr. Normand Bélanger, President and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Mr. Michel Cholette, President of Groupe Cholette, to a news conference that will unveil the details of the new Griffintown project.

Mr. Richard Deschamps, member of the City of Montreal's Executive Committee, responsible for economic development, infrastructure and roads, will present the details of the development agreement signed between the City and Devimco.

Richard Bergeron, member of the Montréal Executive Committee Responsible for Land Development and the Urban Plan, will also be speaking.

Potential partners and clients of the new project will be in attendance.

The event's principal participants will then conduct a photo opportunity at the construction site of the project's first phase.
