TORONTO, Feb. 1, 2018 /CNW/ - Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today announced the listing of three new low-cost asset allocation ETF portfolios that provide greater access to its leading globally diversified strategies. All three began trading on TSX today.
"Investors and advisors are increasingly looking for simple yet sophisticated single-ticket investment solutions that provide well-diversified global equity and bond exposure within a low-cost ETF structure," said Atul Tiwari, managing director for Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. Vanguard Conservative ETF Portfolio (TSX:VCNS) – The Vanguard Conservative ETF Portfolio seeks to provide a combination of income and moderate long-term capital growth by investing in equity and fixed income securities with a strategic allocation of 40% equities and 60% fixed income.
Vanguard Balanced ETF Portfolio (TSX:VBAL) – The Vanguard Balanced ETF Portfolio seeks to provide long-term capital growth with a moderate level of income by investing in equity and fixed income securities with a strategic allocation of 60% equities and 40% fixed income.
Vanguard Growth ETF Portfolio (TSX:VGRO) – The Vanguard Growth ETF Portfolio seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing in equity and fixed income securities with a strategic allocation of 80% equities and 20% fixed income.

Three simplified and low-cost solutions
The images below highlight the diversified composition of each ETF represented by the percentage of stocks and bonds in each, according to risk preferences. Each ETF is composed of seven low-cost core Vanguard index ETFs.
