She will be responsible for, among others, instituting improvements in supply programs and will be tasked with optimizing the supply chain by applying artificial intelligence to accelerate response to customers' needs.
Leah has more than 20 years of in-depth experience in supply chains and their end-to-end overhaul, assessing where resources are best deployed. The aim is to maximize income and enhance customer-delivery performance through strategic risk-evaluation for the company by means of tactical sourcing, demand management, supply-chain management, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics and customer service.
Leah's experience in component distribution at Future Electronics, as well as with various multinational EMS providers such as SMTC, BreconRidge, Sanmina, Celestica, Jabil and equipment manufacturers, in addition to consulting on supply- chain processes and applications, has enabled her to expand her knowledge and manage teams of more than 200 people. Leah is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College in materials management and distribution, marketing and business administration.
