Vertical Designs Ltd incorporates in Alberta to build high tech vertical farming greenhouse operations using Affinor Growers patented technology

CALGARY, July 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Vertical Designs LTD a privately held company is very pleased to announce they have incorporated in Alberta under the name Vertical Designs Alberta Ltd and now plan to build a full scale vertical farm in Alberta Canada under the non-exclusive licencing agreement purchased from Affinor Growers Inc. Affinor Growers is a publicly traded company that owns the Intellectual property of the vertical farming patents and is on the Canadian Stock Exchange CSE: AFI in Canada and in the USA on the OTCQB : RSSFF.

The property has not been obtained yet and location is undisclosed at this time, they will likely grow very high quality strawberries and/or Romaine Lettuce pending the strategic alignments with larger produce partners and branding to ensure demand is met for local production.  Vertical Designs also plans to install state of the art Solar and local Alternative Energy Companies, Government and Banks to assist with divesting Alberta from traditional oil production into sustainable agriculture.  Vertical Designs plans to continue to buy agriculture land and additional licence agreements from Affinor Growers to build operations as needed to service the aggressive growth plans over 2016 and 2017 and will keep the public well informed of the progression and build out.
