Vertical Designs Ltd. Signs LOI with BG Medical Technologies

VANCOUVER, Nov. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Adding to several recent announcements in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical plant production, Vertical Designs Ltd. has signed a letter of intent with BG Medical Technologies, Inc. (OTC:RIGH).

The union proposed in the LOI will provide BG Medical Technologies advanced production facilities to study a variety of plant species and collect data on mass produced plant tissue. BG Medical develops health services technology for natural health patients and medical professionals, including its flagship medical marijuana research laboratory and website portal.
