MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Just three days after the official launch of sales for Victoria sur le Parc, Broccolini has confirmed the sale of more than 300 condo units. This spectacular volume of sales testifies to the enthusiasm for this unique project that will offer an exceptional living environment in downtown Montreal.
This past Saturday, more than 500 people turned out for the official opening of the sales office, located at 700 Saint-Jacques Street, in order to take a tour of the model unit and get more information about the project. In addition to offering a direct passage to Montreal's Underground City, Victoria sur le Parc is within walking distance of the Old Port, the financial district, all the downtown shopping centres and an abundance of cafés, restaurants and terraces. The building offers a modern living environment that includes all the amenities you could want or need, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, 24/7 concierge service and an underground parking garage.
Victoria sur le Parc will be built at the epicenter of Montreal life, at the crossroads of downtown, Old Montreal and Griffintown. This exceptional site, which Broccolini acquired in January, will also become home to the new headquarters of the National Bank. The two buildings will share a remarkably large, 45,000-sq.ft. park between them, which will be designed and landscaped by renowned landscape architect Claude Cormier.
There still remains a good selection of units available at Victoria sur le Parc, which is scheduled for delivery in 2023. Visit the Victoria sur le Parc website for more details.
The real estate project combining Victoria sur le Parc and the 700 St-Jacques will be the finishing touch in the redevelopment of the Quartier International de Montréal. This project joins the impressive roster of large-scale projects built by Broccolini in the heart of Montreal, including the 628 St-Jacques and the L'Avenue project, located opposite the Bell Centre. Broccolini is also the builder, owner and landlord of the new Maison Radio-Canada, located on the corner of René-Levesque Boulevard and Papineau Street. The construction of this new media complex is underway, and delivery is slated for 2020.
