ViewSonic Expands its Projector Family with New High Brightness Laser Projectors for Professional Installations and a Portable Pico-Based LED Projector for Entertainment

The LS800HD and the LS800WU are laser phosphor-based projectors designed for the professional installation market. Bright and versatile, the LS800HD and LS800WU are loaded with features that make them ideal installation projectors for education and business applications in larger venues. On the other end of the projector spectrum is the ViewSonic M1 portable Pico projector with built-in Harmon Kardon® speakers for entertainment use.
LS800HD and LS800WU
Built with professional installers in mind, the ViewSonic® LS800HD and LS800WU laser projectors feature a brightness of 5,000 and 5,500 ANSI lumens, respectively, a 100,000:1 contrast ratio, and up to 30,000 hours* of light source life. From lecture halls and large boardrooms to houses of worship and auditoriums, the LS800HD and LS800WU are bright and versatile enough to make an impact in just about any environment needing Full HD 1080p or WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution. With the company's proprietary SuperColor™ technology, these laser projectors deliver advanced color reproduction, bringing to life captivating color, crisp graphics and stunning images.
With a wide 1.65x optical zoom, V/H keystone correction, four-corner adjustment and a V/H lens shift function, the LS800HD and LS800WU provide amazing flexibility for even the most challenging placement. Perfect for creative installations, these projectors also include a 360-degree orientation function that allows them to be installed in just about any position and angle from floor to ceiling; while the Portrait Mode Projection element enables the projectors to be placed in a vertical position and project content in portrait orientation. Along with these features, the LS800HD and LS800WU offer flexible connectivity options including a one-wire HDBT input, which allows the projectors to receive uncompressed HD video and audio over long distances (up to 200 feet) through a single network cable. Other inputs include HDMI 1.4/HDCP 1.4, Composite, USB 2.0, RJ45, VGA In/Out, RCA In/Out, RS232 and 3D VESA.
M1 LED Projector
The ultra-portable ViewSonic M1 LED projector provides convenient entertainment and content delivery in just about any room or environment. It comes with a built-in battery that provides up to two hours* of power, and the LED technology offers up to 30,000* hours of usage. The M1 weighs less than two pounds, and its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry from room-to-room or anywhere on-the-go. Featuring 250 ANSI lumens of brightness and a 120,000:1 contrast, the ViewSonic M1 also includes dual Harman Kardon speakers, while the short-throw lens can display large images in small spaces. With multiple connectivity options, including HDMI, USB 2.0 and USB Type C, Audio Out and a MicroSD card reader, the M1 is a great device to share and view a variety of multimedia content.
The M1 projector utilizes the latest solid-state LED technology, making the projector mercury and lamp free. With support for full HD (1080p) resolution, the M1 is also 3D compatible with optional PGD-350 3D glasses. The integrated smart stand provides straightforward, 360-degree setup, while also doubling as a lens cover. When the lens is uncovered, the M1 automatically powers on with full brightness for instant use. The lens also features a safety auto-off feature that powers down the projector when objects are detected too close to the lens.
