VANCOUVER, June 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Village Farms International, Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: VFF) announced the outcome of the shareholder votes at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held in Delta, BC on June 27, 2013.  The detailed results are as follows.

1. Appointment of Auditor

According to proxies received and a vote by a show of hands, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed auditor of the Company to hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the directors were authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration.
