New Digital Content Agreement Makes TVO's Educational Content available for VINCI Early Learning Systems
SANTA MONICA AND TORONTO, July 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Rullingnet Corporation, home of VINCI Early Learning Systems, and TVO announced today an agreement through which TVOKids content will be available to VINCI users on July 16, 2012. Combining Rullingnet's expertise in offering mobile learning solutions with TVO's creative educational content, it demonstrates both organizations' commitment to helping children use technology as a tool to engage in every day learning for future success.
Rullingnet, the pioneer and innovator of early childhood education using technology as a tool, will launch the highly anticipated VINCI Kids Library in July.
VINCI Kids Library, including interactive stories, learning games, videos, with over 500 titles at launch, has received enthusiastic support from developers and leading children's content providers, expecting 1000 titles before end of the year in a safe guarded children-only library free from commercials, violence, adult content and additive in-app purchase.
As the leading educational media brand for children, TVO fosters early learning development by creating innovative award-winning educational resources, including apps, games and videos.
VINCI Kids Library will include popular TVOKids games such as Alphabet Goop, Tumbletown Mathletics and Amazing Spelling Fleas - all based on the Ontario school curriculum and designed to help improve children's math, science, and literacy skills.
"We are thrilled to be partnering with TVO," said Dr. Dan D. Yang, creator of VINCI and chief executive officer, Rullingnet Corporation. "Our vision for the future of early childhood education is closely aligned with TVO where both organizations firmly believe in building children's core capabilities and problem solving skills during their early years."
An innovator in children's educational media for more than 40 years, TVO tests all its kids' content in classrooms to ensure that learning objectives from the school curriculum are met. Acording to a 2011 Ipsos Reid poll, Ontarians rate TVO as both the "most trusted" and "most educational" media brand for kids in Canada.
In addition to the content agreement, Rullingnet will support TVO with a financial sponsorship that will allow TVO to provide additional digital learning content for kids.
"TVO is proud to partner with Rullingnet Corporation for the VINCI learning systems," said Lisa de Wilde, chief executive officer, TVO. "As part of our aggressive digital strategy, we're always looking to expand our business networks with leading players in educational media and to position TVO to test new business models for future revenue potential."
