TORONTO, July 13 /CNW/ - Virgin Mobile is truly stepping it up by offering Red Glove Service to its Members. Starting this summer, some Virgin Mobile Members may get an extra surprise from their favourite mobile company with a special service that will hand deliver replacement phones right to their door.
To kick the program off in style, Sir Richard Branson pulled on his red glove to personally make one of the first deliveries in Toronto to unsuspecting Virgin Mobile Member Adam Morrison. "I don't even know what to say right now. I can't believe you guys did this!" said Morrison. "I got my new phone right away and Richard Branson is here. He's the coolest delivery person ever - and I didn't even have to tip him!"

Red Glove Service is a one-of-a-kind personal delivery for selected Members who need replacement phones. Members don't need to sign up for the pilot program - it's a surprise perk that could happen to any Virgin Mobile Member at any time. While Richard lent a helping hand for Adam's replacement, phones are generally delivered by a Virgin Mobile Angel in a specially pimped out Mini Clubman. Red Glove Service is rolling out now in Toronto as a pilot market with potential to launch in more cities across the country next year and more great options to come.
