VANCOUVER, March 14, 2016 /CNW/ - VirtualArmor International Inc. ("VirtualArmor") (CSE:VAI) is pleased to announce that it has granted 150,000 stock options on March 13, 2016 in connection with an agreement ("Agreement") entered into on February 29, 2016 with a consultant. The options will vest pursuant to a stock option agreement between VirtualArmor and the consultant and may be exercised at an exercise price of CAD$0.46 per common share, for a period of 5 years from the date of issuance or earlier in accordance with VirtualArmor's incentive stock option plan.
