Vista Projects Wins Best Employer Award for Fifth Straight Year

Becomes only Alberta company to make Canada's top-50 BSME list five years in a row         

CALGARY, Nov. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - Vista Projects Limited (Vista), a privately-owned, technical engineering firm based in Calgary, is honoured to be recognized today as a top-50 Best Small and Medium Employer (BSME) in Canada for 2014.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the BSME study. Vista has been named to the top-50 list for five consecutive years - each year it has participated in the study - and is the only Alberta-based company, as well as the only oil and gas business, to receive such recognition.

This national award program recognizes top employers with between 50 and 399 employees. More than 200 Canadian organizations participated in the 2014 study. The rankings are determined by the results of anonymous employee surveys and an assessment of organizational practices from the leadership team. Study partners include Queen's School of Business, Queen's Centre for Business Venturing and AON Hewitt.
