Viterra Completes Asset Purchase Agreement with Gardiner Dam Terminal Ltd.
REGINA, Dec. 19, 2018 /CNW/ - Viterra Inc. ("Viterra") is pleased to announce that it has completed its asset purchase agreement with Gardiner Dam Terminal Ltd. (GDT) to purchase its 50% interest in the grain handling facility at Strongfield, SK. As a result of this transaction, Viterra has assumed full ownership of the facility.

Through a separate asset purchase agreement Viterra reached with GDT AgServices, Riverbend Co-operative Ltd. has assumed ownership of the crop input locations at Broderick, Strongfield and Tullis, SK.
The transactions were approved at a special meeting of shareholders held on December 13, 2018.
