VANCOUVER, Feb. 23 /CNW/ - Voice Mobility International, Inc. (TSX: VMY, OTCBB: VMII and FWB: VMY), a Vancouver-based developer and provider of carrier and enterprise messaging solutions, today announced that on February 18, 2010 the company received a letter from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), whereby the TSX informed the company that it is reviewing the eligibility of the shares of our common stock for continued listing on the TSX pursuant to Part VII of the TSX Company Manual.
The company is being reviewed under the TSX's Remedial Review Process and has been granted 120 days to comply with all requirements for continued listing. If the company cannot demonstrate that it meets all TSX requirements set out in Part VII of the TSX Company Manual on or before June 18, 2010, the company's common shares will be delisted within 30 days of such date.
