VoiceTrust and Canadian research institute CRIM announce strategic agreement

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, March 19, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - VoiceTrust, a global leader and provider of digital payments and voice biometric solutions today announced further commitment to innovation with a strategic research agreement with CRIM (Computer Research Institute of Montreal).

VoiceTrust also demonstrates its commitment and expansion in the North American markets by its recent acquisition of Perceive Solutions Inc, a Montreal based voice technology firm that exploits CRIM's voice biometrics technology to identify and authenticate speakers in any language and with free form speech.

VoiceTrust is majority owned by Ramphastos Investments, the investment vehicle of Dutch investor Marcel Boekhoorn.
