Voluntary delisting from the TSXV Venture Exchange and change of name

VANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Pacific Link Mining Corp., (the "Company" or "Pacific Link"). The Company announces that it intends to proceed with the voluntarily delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") effective at the close of trading on December 13, 2018.  The voluntary delisting was recently approved by the Company's shareholders at an annual and special general meeting held on November 15, 2018. The Company has applied for listing its common shares for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The Company also announces that it plans to change its name to "HempNova Lifetech Corporation" following its delisting from the TSXV to more accurately reflect the Company's new business activities.
