TORONTO, Oct. 18, 2013 /CNW/ - Wajax Corporation ("Wajax" or the "Corporation") today announced the pricing of its new issuance of $125 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020 (the "Notes"). The Notes will carry a coupon of 6.125% per annum, will be sold at par and will mature on October 23, 2020. The net proceeds of the Notes will be used to repay borrowings under the Corporation's senior secured credit facilities, which in turn may be redrawn for general corporate purposes. The offering of Notes is expected to close on October 23, 2013.
