Industry Veterans Herb Batrouny and Kevin Wu Join the Company
FORT WAYNE, IN, Aug. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. [TSX: WFI] announced today the addition of two positions created to support the company's joint venture in Ningbo, China. The joint venture, WaterFurnace Shenglong HVACR Climate Solutions (WFSL), will provide heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) products to the Chinese and surrounding Asian markets where saving electrical energy has become a national priority.
To support this endeavor, Herb Batrouny has been named the Sr. Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations for WaterFurnace. In his new position, Batrouny will focus on two key functional areas - facilitating the joint venture and leading WaterFurnace's global supply chain initiatives.
