Waterloo Heights Makes an Offer to Purchase a Controlling Stake in BW Park Place Limited Partnership

BURLINGTON, ON, June 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Rose City Suites Limited, the General Partner of BW Park Place Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), has received an Offer to Purchase for all the issued and outstanding units of the Partnership at a price of CDN $768.75 in cash for each Unit (the "Offer") from Waterloo Heights Properties Limited.

On May 29^th, 2015 the General Partner sent a Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of the Partnership to all unitholders of the Partnership to be held on June 24th, 2015 at the Best Western Plus Rose City Suites Hotel at 300 Prince Charles Drive, Welland, Ontario, to consider the Offer together with a Directors' Circular recommending acceptance of the Offer.
