(TSXV: WELL) ("WELL" or the "Company"), an owner operator of a portfolio of Primary Healthcare facilities and an Electronic Medical Record service provider ; further positioning itself for M&A opportunities in Primary Healthcare and Digital Health marketplaces, announced today that Hamed Shahbazi, CEO, will present at the upcoming Gravitas Growth Conference, which is being held on February 28th, 2019 at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver.
Mr. Shahbazi will discuss the Company's recent acquisition of NerdEMR and most recent strategic investment by Mr. Li Ka-shing, as well as present an overview of WELL's business, proven blueprint M&A strategy, and its overarching objective to empower primary care doctors to provide the best and most advanced care possible while leveraging the latest trends in digital health.
