, for winning the Scotties Tournament of Hearts yesterday in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, battling back from a 6-3 deficit in the sixth end, to grab victory with a hit for one in the eleventh end.
This victory marks Jones' third straight Canadian women's curling championship win, thus putting her in the esteemed ranks of only two other female skips to accomplish such a feat. Jones also held a national title in 2005 and was the 2008 Women's World Curling Champion.
