Steel Park is a fully zoned and approved project by the Mohave County Government and is owned fee simple by Western Wind without debt. Power will be sold under a fully executed Power Purchase Agreement with Unisource Energy Services, a major Arizona regulated utility. We anticipate this to be the first of its kind, fully integrated wind - solar project under one designated and specific contract.
